Scenario 1: From Hybrid convert to IB
Summarized Solution: Close CPA Account, Retain Hybrid IB Rebate Account, add on Additional Rebate Account, and allocate client based on CPA commission Triggers.
Step 1: Upon receiving the application, OP closes the CPA account, transitioning it to Suspended status.
Step 2: OP adds an additional IB rebate account, separate into the old Hybrid IB and the new IB account.
Step 3: OP removes the old customer's CPA ID to prevent further triggering of CPA commissions.
Step 4: Based on client CPA commission triggers, OP assigns customer ownership.
Step 5: For clients who have triggered commissions continue to receive hybrid commissions under the old Hybrid IB account.
Step 6: For clients who have not triggered commissions or are new IB clients are attributed to the new rebate account to receive standard IB commissions.
Step 7: Customers who have triggered commissions under the old account are not allowed to be transferred to the new commission account to avoid cost duplication.
Note:
*Clients CPA commission triggers are based on data from the CX backend.
*There may be two identical IB rebate accounts under the same CRM user ID. OP will label the old Hybrid IB account as "CXD EX Hybrid" to prevent interchangeability between original commission accounts.
Scenario 2: From CPA convert to IB
Summarized Solution: Close CPA Account, Create New IB Rebate Account.
Step 1: Upon receiving the application, OP closes the CPA account, transitioning it to Suspended status.
Step 2: OP creates a new IB rebate account based on IB requirements. Account Manager need to submit the IB rebate plan prior to the creation of account.
Step 3: Based on client CPA commission triggers, OP assigns client ownership.
Step 4: For clients who have triggered commissions remain under the CR team or directly under sales. If clients wish to transfer ownership back to the same IB later, they must follow the transfer process requirements, including additional deposits to prevent abusing the commission.
Step 5: For clients who have not triggered commissions or are new IB customers are transferred to the new commission account, and OP removes the customer's CPA ID to avoid duplicate commission triggering.
Note:
*As most CPA clients are usually assigned to the CR team, OP needs to cross check the trading account type for client transferred from the CR team to the IB. If there are existing Prime & Standard accounts, sales assistance is required to apply for corresponding rebate account.
*Clients CPA commission triggers are based on data from the CX backend.
Scenario 3: From IB convert to CPA
Summarized Solution: Open New CPA Account, Retain IB Rebate Account, but Remove Commission Rules to Ensure IB Original Client Cannot Be Transferred to the New CPA Account for duplicate commission.
Step 1: Upon receiving the application, OP creates a new CPA account based on the plan provided by sales.
Step 2: For original IB clients, they remain under the original IB account, with the condition that commission rules are removed to prevent trading commissions.
Step 3: OP marks through CRM to restrict original IB customers from being transferred to the new CPA account.
Note:
*Clients retention can be remained by BD sales team, or with the IB permission, the clients can be transferred to the CR team upon request
Scenario 4: Being IB & CPA simultaneously (Non-Hybrid Mode, Requires Special Approval)
Note: As clients participating in both IB & CPA operations may entail some cost duplication risks, although OP can prevent mutual transfer by labelling clients under IB or CPA accounts, there may still be some loopholes if customers intentionally abusing commissions.
Therefore, it is suggested that if a client wishes to work as IB & CPA simultaneously without hybrid mode. We will treat it and handle it on a case-by-case basis, subject to Support’s special approval before execution.

场景1:Hybrid转IB
方案:关闭 CPA 账户, 保留IB返佣账户, 新增返佣附加账户, 并根据客户触发佣金情况判断客户归属。
1. OP收到申请后, 关闭 CPA账户, 转成 Suspended 状态
2. OP新增 IB附加返佣账户, 分成旧Hybrid IB + 新 IB 两个返佣账号
3. OP 移除旧客户的 CPA ID, 避免继续触发CPA 佣金
4. OP 根据客户触发CPA佣金情况, 分配客户归属。
5. 针对已触发过佣金的客户, 继续挂在旧Hybrid 返佣账户下拿hybrid 返佣
6. 针对未触发过佣金的客户或新增的IB客户, 转归属到新返佣账户, 让IB拿标准返佣
7. 已经触发过佣金的旧客户, 禁止转归属到新返佣账户底下, 避免成本叠加
备注:
*客户佣金触发以CX后台的数据为准
*由于这个方案会出现同个user id 下会有两个相同组的返佣账户, OP会给旧 Hybrid IB账户备注CXD EX Hybrid,禁止原返佣账户互相转换
场景2:CPA转 IB
方案:关闭 CPA 账户, 创建新IB返佣账户
原CPA底下的客户,任何有触发过CPA佣金 (以触发佣金为准), 都不能转到新 IB账户底下。未触发过CPA佣金的客户,OP统一进行转到新 IB底下
1. OP收到申请后, 关闭 CPA账户, 转成 Suspended 状态
2. OP 根据客户需求开设新IB 返佣账户
3. OP 根据客户触发CPA佣金情况, 分配客户归属。
4. 针对已触发过佣金的客户, 归属继续挂在CR团队/或直属销售底下 (若客户后续需要转归属,则走转归属流程要求,要求再次入金,避免客户刷佣金)
5. 针对未触发过佣金的客户或新增的IB客户, 转归属到新返佣账户, OP 移除客户CPA ID 避免重复触发佣金。
备注:
* 由于CPA客户大部分都会转到CR团队归属底下,OP从CR团队转出未触发佣金客户到IB底下,需要查看客户账户类型情况。若存在 Prime & Standard 两种账户,需要沟通销售帮忙申请对应返佣号
* 客户佣金触发以CX后台的数据为准
场景3:IB转CPA
方案:开设新CPA 账户, 保留IB返佣账户,但删除佣金规则,确保IB原客户不能转到新CPA账户底下。
1. OP 收到申请后,根据销售提供Plan创建新CPA 账户
2. 针对原IB客户,保留在原IB 账户下,但前提是删除佣金规则,不产生交易返佣
3. OP通过CXD 标记限制原IB 客户不能转到新 CPA账户底下
备注
* 后续客户维护可以由BD 销售协助
* 若在 IB 许可下,IB 也可以申请将客户转出给 BD 销售或CR团队
场景4:IB & CPA 同时做 (非Hybrid模式, 需特殊批准)
备注:由于客户同时参与IB & CPA 业务会有一定的成本叠加风险,虽然在客户转归属过程中,OP可以透过给IB 或 CPA 底下的客户进行标签来达到禁止互相转归属的效果,但如果客户有意套佣金还是会有一定的漏洞可循。因此建议非Hybrid 同时做IB CPA 业务可以按个例情况,获得Supprt 特殊批准再执行
